If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

Ok I just discovered something wild!
This setting was ON by default on my Windows 11 PC and for a while now I've been noticing a "bug" in my game where sometimes a sound would play too quietly.
I debugged my sound engine all the volumes were as expected. Switched this off, and it's fine now!!

The latest GTA V patch adds even more Ray Tracing features that improve image quality further. 'High Resolution Ray Traced Reflections' enable full resolution reflections and 'Second Ray Traced Global Illumination Bounce' improves indirect lighting quality. 👍
