Bidets that are like little showers are amazing. Not just for regular but think about how much more clean I feel during my periods (perimenopause man.) we have the extra long hose that can be used to do many things like spray the toilet after you go. Everything is cleaner. Sprayer is superior.

Being disabled in itself is enough. We don’t have to look & express active agony & misery or we aren’t disabled. We don’t have to be having awful days all of the time to justify needing to rest, assistive devices for medication. Do not tear your body up because some NPC expects that if you. Fuck em

I also installed a bidet & repaired the fireplace thingy so you could say I’m pretty good at renovations once I wheel myself into position. Granted anything requiring use of one’s legs requires @jjorbles.bsky.social to do it and that is absolutely ok. Don’t feel guilty for being disabled.

If you’re a “real man,” why are you looking so desperately for a woman you can force or change into someone to be essentially your support? If you can stand alone, take care of yourself, provide for yourself, & love yourself, why wouldn’t you want to find someone to share yourself with?

Also who still uses substack? I’m trying to organize a way to get information to as many people as possible to help them have plans for emergencies, resources to make more things accessible, actual recommendations not antivax, & I still wouldn’t use that Nazi platform; I’d mail it first

I will say that during the first fascism attempt no sane person saw someone defecting from the Nazi party & screamed that they sucked ass, wanted to be a Nazi, & to just stay a nazi because they can’t sit with the non Nazis at lunch. They waited until everyone was safe.

Anyone trying to renovate for whatever reason know that Home Depot/Lowes is higher more than ordering or going to ace or local places. 60sqft was $20 higher there than everywhere else. Same with DIY fencing. There’s things you can’t cut corners on & things you can with creativity & time btw.

Absolutely beautiful. When I’m done with the ugly part of learning to paint on canvas with acrylic again I will post my painting of this flower. This, white hibiscus, lilies, poppies… I’m so grateful I grew up in a household that embraced gardens & got to wander with my granny looking at her work

Progress is happening! The flooring in the closet/dressing room will be completed by this weekend, the bathroom remodel will be “finished” but then the bathtub has to cure or whatever so it won’t really be “done” until that’s finished. @jjorbles.bsky.social & I have to decide what to do with it
