Question for those who grew up going to church and in a Christian household. My faith doesn’t fit within “traditional” Christianity anymore.

Universal utilitarian is too far outside my beliefs but non denominational is too close to “traditional” Christianity for me.

Is there anything in between?

I started a mom’s walking club and our first walk is tomorrow morning. There’s about 35 of us.

I’m hoping people actually show up ☺️ feels like the night before first day of school

Student loan repayment loophole you take 6 credits to defer your loans…what if community colleges started offering 6 credit one day a week classes on Saturday morning

Stain glass
Pottery
Drawing
Woodworking
Beadwork
Sewing
Painting

Maybe even life skill classes like electrical or plumbing

The head of our country’s government is in the early stages of consolidating total power. We must of course reject this, but that is not enough. We have to respond by creating a different and better kind of American politics than we have seen before.

Super important read. This is an Oh Fuck! moment. DOGE - allegedly - gave usernames/passwords to Russia and allowed them to access the NLRB highly sensitive data.
We apologize for the length of this post, but we felt it was important to share the full details with you.

This is what boomer MAGAts think. I don’t know any ultra wealthy person that actually pays their fair share.

Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk…none of them actually pay a fair share of their billions of dollars. If they did kids wouldn’t be starving & we’d have healthcare

Surgery Thursday in Germany. So tomorrow we make the 10 hour long drive up there from Italy.

Tonight’s an everything shower with all my favorite products and a quick spa night ending with my best skincare.

I really like listening to my MAGA Medicare age parents talk about Medicare covering so much as if they’re going to still have it in 6 months.

We've reached the point in our descent into fascism where the Jewish governor's house getting firebombed on Passover by a guy trying to bash his head in with a sledgehammer is overshadowed by the story of the President saying he wants to build foreign gulags for US citizens.

I’m really fucking tired of being kind to family members who are MAGA.

Gotta talk to my therapist first but I may just go no contact.

I've said plenty about Booker in the past, but I'm in on this. For those people saying "this is performative bullshit" yes welcome to politics. But considering most of our leaders are capitulating, I'll take this kind of performance any day of the week
Senator Cory Booker is cooking about NATO more than 14 hours into his filibuster on the Senate floor.

Go Cory!!!!

Cory Booker is restoring my hope in our government.

The hope I had on Election Day was so powerful. I actually felt like I could be proud of our nation. I was ready to wear red, white & blue again and hang an American flag! I was planning the patriotic quilt I would make.

I feel that way again.

Haven’t been active because I quite literally cannot stand the amount of news stories that would take down any other administration but Trump is somehow immune to it all.

Fuck Trump
