This is so worth reading and thinking about… and worth thinking about how we live our lives and might - like trying to exercise more- try to live with others a bit more… Even An introvert like me is convince by this argument…

Great piece which I think should be read alongside James Kanagasooriam's piece on agency.

Both come at things from a very different perspective, but reach similar conclusions.

Alienation and a lack of agency are damaging the body politic.

But also changing the way people are wired.
