Supreme Court flaws.

I have been, and remain, very critical of the Supreme Court decision in For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers. I have at least 15 fundamental criticisms of the judgment.

Intersex have physiology that may lean into a binary sex and post medical intervention trans sexuals have acquired physiology. EHRC are clearly framing the consultation in their misreading of 'biological sex' as used in the ruling.

I think that the problem is that fascism is always dependent on scapegoating minorities.Travs spectrum people ar Hue an easy hit. For me the bigger issue is how this has developed and who is really behind it. We had Brexit with apparently unlimited funds to spread lies and nonsense. 1/

Hiya Victoria, I could not get on the trans railroad site. I am medically intersex but am looking to get out. Real biological fact was always secondary to ideology in the hate game. Thanks for everything you are doing, Sarah
