I hate the BBC. We now have what is in effect a confession that they closed the Tavistock and therefore killed kids. Defence is an impossible decision - it's like defending the Fae right against something so far of the to the right as to be off the spectrum.

It's absolutely impossible to continue living in the UK. People with GRCs no longer have any meaningful rights in law. A trans or intersex woman is not physiologically male but not legally female. In a binary legal structure this is not viable. The intermediate place amounts to genocide.

If that is the case then she should accept that post surgical trasexuals and many intersex have changed sides and women in these groups have the same vulnerabilities. She is clearly being less that honest in her explanation by ignoring the ideology that drives her beliefs.

Coming out trans and intersex in the UK means opening yourself up to state persecution.

Trans and intersex are now effectively banned from NHS treatment. Now that they have closed down access to appropriate hospital wards the NHS can no longer be seen to provide health according to need. Now it provides heath according to birth certification and hard right ideological assessment

The only interest the gov and most of the UK have in trans and intersex is destroying their lives and driving them to suicide. Its the same approach to what happened in Germany in the 30s. I feel sick inside when filth like Philipson cry about anti semitism while obliterating trans existence

So how does driving vulnerable harmless minorities to suicide, removing their basic rights and dignity as the men and women they are, driving them into exile support them . Why do only CUS women have hard fought rights? Rot in hell Streeting - you are fascist filth.

To transition into nothing? To commit resources to destroy people's lives by assigning physiology that justified their excursion from society legally and politically? What Streeting calls care is stare delivered conversion therapy as demonstration that they support trans in line with ECHR.

I am effectively dead. I am a survivor of two men. Now as an intersex woman with substantive female biology but a GRC the gov has decided that I'm a man. I just cannot live with this terrifying level of daily persecution and abuse from the British state

I absolutely agree. I signed it live in my acquired sex/gender for the rest of my days and accept all of the rights and responsibilities that go with that. If I do that I potentially break the law. I am not a man I am a physiological woman with a partial female intersex anatomy.

I think we need a similar position on NHS hospital wards. I am prepared to vow to do all in power to take my own life if placed on a make ward or in an isolation unit or indeed anywhere other thab a women's ward as appropriate. Thus is not suicide - it's murder by the British state.

Likewise for my own dignity I have decided that I will do all in my power to take my own life if forced into a men's hospital ward or come to that some sort of isolation unit. This has nothing to do with health and everything to do with an ideology of pure hate.

They framed the whole consultation in a false ideological driven reading of the ruling that no one was allowed to question. In that light it's very difficult to see how they can change the interim approach. The whole process was set up to reach pre-determined ideological ends.

It only works if you exclude the protected characteristic of gender reassignment in its third categorisation 'has transitioned'. The idea is that it is not discriminatory to exclude trans. This is not the case because they are blocked from expressing an acquired gender regardless of all else.

All I want is the reinstatement of the Gender Recognition Act 04. Transition to the full rights and responsibilities of my acquired sex / gender. Without that the UK will never be livable. Without recognition of my intersex physiology having the same rights as any other woman nothing has any meaning

We are not. In their view we are men and do not need bras. This all goes back to the complete failure to accept our female physiology. Breasts change, fitting is sometimes useful. How many mens departments exist with trained men can assist. We are not allowed to exist in the UK. It's genocide.

I think one issue is that the complete removal of trans and intersex from society is now being normalised over the summer period. By the time we reach the autumn it will be almost impossible to take a pro trans stance without setting the scene for a huge battle that will tear the Your Party apart.
