adding on: from what I get, each increase in Charge level takes off 5 frames of charge time. I'd found this with Pegasus on my own, and the values by seconds here round up to 5-frame intervals.

Coming back, I discussed 1DX and 2's bosses in more detail, but never 3. and honestly there's not a lot of note to talk about here. it largely boils down to "they're now faster and trickier, but you can still fuck them up", the latter especially true as you get near the end
So now here's a rough tier list for Hard/Legend story fights. I since tweaked it a bit after going back through some other fights. It could prob change more.
Shadow Admins weren't here but they'd be "Lesser threat" at best anyway.
anyway 3 is overall easiest, 2 hardest, 1 DX most balanced by far
