Did one mission of Red Alert before work, and just one cheeky blast of those sound effects and that music healed me on a deeply spiritual level – so did watching 40 lads get zapped with a Tesla Coil in 15 seconds (the lads were mine).

Filling in knowledge gaps by looking up 'what happened to Maria Hill?' then learning she was killed off in a terrible TV show I a) watched and b) apparently deleted from my brain to protect myself.

Watching The Avengers, and remembering how updating TechRadar's Marvel movies in order list (which was an SEO monster for years) basically made me hate them for about 5 years. I may still hate them, deep down! No human is supposed to think about them for more than 10 minutes.

I have multiple group chats now where I'm negotiating things like, 'if you put down the 30 quid for ARC Raiders/Helldivers 2, I promise we will play it a minimum of 4 times together. I will even stump up 10 quid of the cost if it gets this over the line."
