A ton to be optimistic about after beating City (again). But every time I get excited a little part of me gets sad about madders again. Could be that I just watched the YT vlog last night, but we'll need a guy like him yet and really believe he was primed to be the heart and soul of this team

I don’t see why anyone would be surprised that he isn’t repulsed by a comparison of his government to Thatcher’s when making the puberty blocker ban permanent is (at least in my opinion) the biggest LGBTQ+ rights rollback by a UK government since Thatcher’s section 28.

I swear the club are really risking our chances at buying players in the future, because who is going to want to sign for a club that forces players to play through injury because they won’t bring in any reinforcements. Not exactly an attractive prospect is it.

At what point does it become like a safety issue to allow clubs to forfeit matches? I know it sounds silly but I think we’re at a point where we can’t play a match without risking the long term health of a player and, idk, that sounds exploitative. Kind of becoming disillusioned with football 😕
