Sup y'all - I put together a recap video covering the recent rotisserie drafts of my Arena cube! We had 50 players, meaning 5 full pods. The video covers a quick recap of roto + my cube, some aggregated card/color stats, and a walkthrough of the inter-pod playoff.

Sup y'all - I put together a recap video covering the recent rotisserie drafts of my Arena cube! We had 50 players, meaning 5 full pods. The video covers a quick recap of roto + my cube, some aggregated card/color stats, and a walkthrough of the inter-pod playoff.

Last month we ran (/are running) another successful asynchronous Rotisserie draft of my Arena cube! This time we had FIFTY players, meaning 5 pods of 10, with 2 more firing afterwards. Planning on making a recap video this weekend (I think video > podcast for this type of thing)

Maybe it's inverse recency bias, but the further we get from Aetherdrift the more I think it's an all-timer limited format for me

Held the second draft of GUT yesterday, won the team draft, I drafted WR ft. Illuminator Virtuoso and Irencrag Pyromancer! All the pictured decks here went 2-1
Last draft was won by GW value and I feel I have successfully curbed that strategy in favor of more streamlined decks

Barrels is a card I was really high on week 1, and less so as the format developed. But I do think it's an important piece of the puzzle, as is understanding the ins and outs of manabases and multicolor in Avatar.

7-2 and onto day 2 of the ACQ! I wrote this pool off, but scraped together seven wins off the back of an incredible curve and a mythic owl. Really proud of my play and hoping to have a nice easy 10/10 pool tomorrow morning 🙏

A few months ago @r-condon.bsky.social invited me to help out on the limited side for the Sanctum Worlds team. Nothing super serious - Sanctum has plenty of limited sickos - mostly providing big picture and card eval insight as the format developed

Green in TLA is mostly viewed as a base for splashy, rampy decks like Temur Lessons. But I've had a lot of success with playing green as the base for an assertive midrange deck, built around Raucous Audience as a powerful two mana accelerant.
