We're extremely disappointed to hear this news. The VML is a sister organization to us, and we wouldn't be the team we are if it wasn't for their work getting people of marginalized genders into the competitive magic space.
We hope @magic.wizards.com reconsiders this decision.

We are sad to announce that we have been told by Wizards that they will no longer support us with either funding or invites to Organized Play events.
Without this support - especially the invites - it is impossible for us to continue, and there will be no more VML seasons going forward.
