Well look at that - the ALP and Greens working together. What next ye gads, dogs and cats living together in domestic harmony? Shows you what's possible when people put on their fully functional adult pants instead of throwing rancid meat to their hangry, rusted on micro-bases.

Also the hill I will die on. Unaccountable swill.
I will be 115 years old, on palliative care in my hospital bed dying of arse cancer, and my last words will be... "abolish local government"

So ... a dangerous abuser accuses his partner or ex-partner of a violent crime (this is common) & get the cops to charge her, usual delays until it's dropped/heard and now the govt will cut off the accused's entitlements, making her - & her children - wholly dependent on her abuser? Get out of it.

James Packer. What an awful person he is. Got some nerve having a crack at Andrews when Packer and his crown cronies should all probably be in gaol. Contributes nothing good to the world at all.

Had the best day today. Impromptu night in town, dinner at asado. Good times

I have a high school graduation tonight. They forgot to arrange a function room so its at dinner time and they are just serving canapes and then we get to sit in an auditorium for God knows how long. Will be excruciating.

I've had a weird life. Over 30 years I've worked with, but never for, governments both in Australia and abroad, at both national and semi-sovereign levels of jurisdiction. The one thing I've learned from experience is that THE only good governments are ones that are willing to upset vested interests

People talking on their phones on public transport. There should be some sort of punishment for that. Especially when everyone else is quiet. Read the fucking room.

Maxi foods is by far the best supermarket around the Dandenong Ranges. I will die on that hill.

Hanna McGuires murderer got 28 years. Good. The only real justice would be that shes alive and he gets strangled to near death and has to suffer that over and over again every single day. I hope he rots. I've had a gut full of these types of men. Enough is enough.

it is US billionaires who decided to swap out a liveable planet for slop machines.
Chinese and EU emissions were more or less flat in 2025 (Chinese emissions may have actually declined slightly, but its too early to know for sure: www.carbonbrief.org/...).

US emissions increases drove much of the increase in global emissions in 2025.

And the risk to the community according to the judge? It shouldn't matter how stable your accommodation is, you cant go around threatening politicians and beating people. He belongs in gaol. What on earth does someone have to do?
2/ 'Among his reasons for granting bail, the judge said Sewell had stable accommodation with his fiancee and two children, and faced “extremely onerous conditions” in protection while on remand.'

To be fair, word on the street is that he wasn't xacly Mr. Popularity @ Barwon Prison for some reason.

Ah, the AFL. Yes, we will allow you plebs to participate in opening round but make it a Sunday night of a long weekend when everyone is away so they can say its not a success and take it off us. Pricks.
November 11, 2025 at 3:36 AM
Honestly, what's the point of finishing 7th or 8th? Its effectively now top 6. AFL seem to love finding new and stupid ways to ruin footy.

Had a good morning. Gym, got iced coffee from 7/11 (bloody good for the price) and made scrambled eggs packed with veggies i had to use up. Good start to the weekend really. Was hoping for a quiet day in the hills considering the weather but even in this the traffic is pouring in.
