My Wrapped aside, I will never shut up about owning your music. It directly supports the artists and you'll never have to worry about losing it. Get digital albums if you can't afford/have the space for physical.
Buy like 3 of your favourite musicians albums directly and pirate the entire rest of their discography, and you'll still have paid them more money for a lifetime of listening to their songs than Spotify every will.
Please buy music, or merch. ESPECIALLY from smaller artists. Spotify is a lamprey.

One of my favorite video game lore facts is the fact that when you, the player, have a bunch of potential decisions in Elder Scrolls, it causes the time dragon to go insane and enforce causality in such a way that every decision you could have made happens simultaneously and also not at all.

Anyone else think it's weird that there was a Transformer called Bonecrusher? Bones aren't a thing for Transformers. Bones don't exist on Cybertron. This keeps me up at night.
