Got to finally share mixed-methods findings of a favorite study of mine: exploring environmental barriers to posttraumatic growth (i.e. positive change after traumatic events) following traumatic brain injury. So excited to continue this work with DoD TBI PHRP funding later this year.

Working on this month’s Psychology Today post. I’m excerpting #BRAININJURY, TRAUMA, AND GRIEF because I’ll be attending a writer’s conference next week and am so damn tired already. Excerpts take less energy than writing completely new material. Plus I can get it done in 1 day.🤞🙂 #WritingCommunity
