the fact it took the 8th goal scored for a team to have their first multi-goal scorer in the game is nasty business

it has been a bad, bad week for Mikko Rantanen. there's reputation things here that will follow him along for a while

not many players where you can literally see the level of confidence on the ice the way you can with Jason Robertson. And he's beyond confident right now.

haven’t watched a minute of mavs basketball this season but just seeing tweets and box scores, it is some of the most satisfactory sports vibes I’ve felt in a while 😌

my man ended his victory speech and walked off the stage to Dhoom Machale. I don’t think people quite understand the level of iconic that is

To kick or receive? Debating the pros and cons of NFL overtime coin toss strategy
Kickoff first is seemingly the accepted preference for the new NFL overtime rules. But is it really the best strategy?

Tyler Seguin playing in his 1,000th game tonight after not being able to walk five years ago is pretty dang cool. I wouldn't put words in his mouth, but considering his injury history, the longevity milestones might mean even more than the production milestones. Good stuff for a good dude.

even if you’re having a bad day today, be thankful you’re not going through what my pal Jonah is going through!

(this was because I ranked the Eagles as the fourth-most likely team to win the Super Bowl, behind Detroit, KC and Buffalo 😂)

Contract Year George Pickens with CeeDee Lamb out and Dak Prescott playing at an MVP level feels like the absolute best version you're gonna get from No. 3, and that's been quite obvious for weeks now.

i’ve always been “imma post what I wanna post” guy (though I do generally limit my politics stuff, genocides notwithstanding), but just curious as hockey season begins, for posting purposes on here, “like” this if you’re a Stars fan still following me from my previous life

Thursday night. 77 degrees. Regular season football and regular season hockey on the screens.

Sometimes you really gotta pause and soak in these fleeting moments

The Cowboys have never beat the Packers in Jerry World 👀

Last night's tie moved Dallas to 0-5-1 against Green Bay at AT&T Stadium.

First time I’ve ever listened to the One Star Cowboys Podcast. I’m familiar with Saad and KT, but I’d never heard Machota issue HSOs like this. Pretty good.

It’s easy to draw the parallel between the Luka Doncic trade and the Micah Parsons trade — two superstars shipped away in their prime.

But really, aside from the heartbreak at the end, they aren’t too much alike, for many reasons.
