Nachuru Test
was bred by Japanese breeder Kiyoshi Imai. It’s a cut-flower variety with the characteristic of producing multiple blooms per stem. The flower color is a deep tea tone mixed with dark purple, and under sunlight, it reveals a reddish hue. The petals are uniquely serrated and scented.

Part 1

Did you know: catnip is the ultimate companion plant because in addition to its strong aroma, it produces nepetalactone; a compound that triggers the pain/itch receptor TRPA1 in most garden pests. 🌱💚
It does not affect bees and butterflies though, because they don’t have TRPA1. 1/2
