Creativity is like a houseplant, not an endless well. You need to seek out sunlight, water, and nutrients in art, shows, music, experiences, and more to tend to it. And just like plants it has its dormant and active periods and you may not seem improvement for some time.

It’s okay to feel exhausted. Even Lt. Shaxs advocated for self care! Be it found in a jigsaw puzzle, pottery, or beating up your enemies in a meditative trance! Rest is important so you can fight better later. Be the Shaxs you want to see in the world! #lowerdecks #startrek
