What does this mean "we are locked and loaded?" Donald Trump is trying to get us into a war win Iran. We don't need to get involved with a Iran conflict, which the conflict is within their own borders.

I hope Congress acts asap to make this guidance ultimately unnecessary, but until then, offering some guidance and tips if you or a loved one’s care access is being impacted due to federal inaction.
