Late last year, the EU parliament voted overwhelmingly (451 for, 45 naes, 153 abstentions) for binding rules to regulate algorithmic management at work - huge! This should cover human oversight, protection of workers’ fundamental rights and personal data. Over to the Commission!

The ICJ AO of 2024 was unequivocal in its conclusion that Israel has to end the occupation “as rapidly as possible”. Statements from States are simply not enough. We need concrete action to ensure the AO is complied with.

US action in #Venezuela violates the UN Charter & there is simply no self-defence justification for this in the Charter or CIL.

Under IHL, this IS an armed conflict.
