It shows very clearly that the #ICE agent committed murder. There was no lawful reason for discharging his firearm, including the proximity of the other Gestapo agent. Notice how the other agent jumps back from the shots?

Not true. Yes, the cases could proceed but each time there was a question about whether his actions had been official, peripherally official or unofficial, the question would be referred to the Supreme Court. In this way trials could be delayed for any number of years. So, functionally stopped.

Why isn’t the Roberts court blamed for giving him immunity? That decision - which was slow walked - effectively ended these prosecutions. And they are to blame for allowing Trump to run again instead of barring him under the 14th Amendment.

As a left-leaning American I am not going apeshit but I will point out that in the last election Democrats lost all levers of political power (president, Senate, House) and the Supreme Court has been co-opted by the MAGA movement. So there are very few legal or political ways to stop him.
