Everybody thinks 'https://' stands for 'hypertext transfer protocol secure' but it actually stands for 'head to this place, sucka' followed by a colon and two laser sounds

Today the Temporal proposal has entered the stable stream shipping Chrome 144. This opens the gates for attaining Stage 4 at TC39.

That means tonight I will be purchasing a supply of champagne in preparation.

It’s been a long journey and so very worthwhile!

I like this setting for VS Code from Ben Frain. JUST show the vertical line for the current indentation, not all of them

```
"workbench.colorCustomizations": {
"editorIndentGuide.background1": "#00000001",
"editorIndentGuide.activeBackground1": "#ff9900"
}
```

Welp, looks like the luxury days of having a "cool-to-the-touch" Apple Silicon MacBook Pro is truly over — at least when pushing it.

My M5 14" gets hot as I load up a lot of apps/IDEs/browsers. But, it gets the job done without glitching out, which is nice.

🤞 Apple engg adds a better ❄️ system.

Can folks working on Antigravity at Google if they lurk around here tell me why this is okay?

My mouse doesn't work properly because Logitech let one of their server certificates expire, so now their config software fails. What a time to be alive.

I reached out to the author of this viral Reddit post thinking there might be a story in it. He sent me an employee badge that Gemini flagged as being AI-generated and supporting documents that I suspect were also generated by AI. Be careful out there folks!

Is it just me or is Notion’s default spacing between headings and other “blocks” just… confusing / plain wrong? It never sits well with me and adding a blank line isn’t a fix either.

I keep adding extra lines or keeping them close to each other but no matter what, doesn’t look nice.

You have to go through Congress for anything resembling this type of war. Round up Massie and Paul types and have him removed. The people in this administration are on actual drugs and have insatiable bloodlust and bespoke mental illnesses. He has to go, and everybody with him.
