Can someone with the cultural context explain what happened here? I keep giggling about 'Well Street,' since clearly things are not necessarily well. But there is SO much to look at in this photograph and it makes me miss being a photojournalist.

Each year's end I get the urge to clear out my email. To select all - DELETE. Every year I sit there & go through pages & delete them 1x1, so I don't miss any I likely should keep. Mostly there isn't. Meanwhile my spouse has never managed their email & doesn't understand my conundrum. My brain.
