Companies will just appoint another strawman. The only way to make companies do what you want is fines at the global turnover level.
It is working so well in tech that the billionaires are using all their resources to have individuals in other governments prosecuted.

I've read it already; Against the odds, convention, and the expectation of his parents, our 'hero' destroys the evil queen who had brainwashed all women to reject the natural rule of man and thereby our hero restores order to the universe and receives the recognition of his peers (men).
