I’ve been middle class-poor most of my life. Able to pay bills but no frivolous spending. Used cars, roommates as an adult. Paycheck to paycheck.
I am also neurodivergent and had to fight every day to get through this world, which pushed back 24/7. Got meds for ADHD late, now in my 50s —
