After a couple shorts I realized an unfinished project hangs heavy on my ND brain. After the strike and studios showed their hand I switched to novels. I have a novelette I’m self publishing on Amazon in November, (“One Day Less Than Forever.” A cursed romance.) and three other series in the works.

Utah is indeed a red state, even at the southern edge, although the Mormon influence is maybe not quite as overwhelming.

My impression is it’s very outdoorsy and if you work at BF that’s kind of your life unless you intentionally branch out. But, this is second hand, I might be off base.

It’s very isolated. Kanab is small and I think people who like it there like the desert vibe. It’s not as Mormon as N Utah, lots of retirees in the general area. But, it’s still Utah, same laws and lawmakers. At least that’s how I read it from the people I know. Good or bad? I guess it depends

I volunteered at BF in Los Angeles and I know several people at the sanctuary. (Several dogs from LA as well.) it’s southern Utah, it’s still conservative, but it’s like a whole other state down there. (I grew up in northern Utah)

I have a musical (and soundtrack) called City of Angles and autocorrect hates it. Also, search engines simply change it “did you mean city of ANGELS?” No google, (and Spotify) no I did not!

If you need me I’ll be making music and writing and hopefully making films. Yeah, I’ll fight, but right now I just don’t have the energy. I was hoping as I got older I wouldn’t have to fight every day. I’m tired.

It’s pretty amazing that the CW produced the best DCEU (that has never happened in the movies.) Crisis on Infinite Earths was the pinnacle. Arrow and Flash were awesome. (Despite being cheesy and low budget-ish at times)

Been a fan for years. I’m a Vikes fan and got his jersey due to him speaking out. (Yeah, I bought a punter’s jersey) Met him at his game shop’s grand opening in HB. Nice guy. Nerd. Politically outspoken.
