Finally got to read @miriam.codes "Tech continues to be political" article. This. 💯. Highly recommend!
I have feelings about AI & the web & my experience being trans "in tech" in 2025 - so I screamed some thoughts onto my personal web log.

I hope for all of us a more queer & humane future. Keep building communities & dreaming better paths.

Counterpoint : macron is colluding with fascists to keep a mandate he pretty much fucked up, everybody hate him, country is in shambles and his premier is currently covering a child abusing school

But yeah I guess eating dirt is less bad than eating shit

On the importance of structural power for tech infrastructure—and leads to how it can be reclaimed—I strongly recommend to read berjon.com/digital-sove... 🙂

I was asked at a DAISY webinar today what role AI could play in tooling for accessible publishing… my answer was basically that a11y is diverse and complex, and AI can't replace human nuance, and the need to involve and rely on the expertise of people with disabilities.

“The urgency created by the techno-authoritarian alignment between Big Tech and the Trump regime is the driving priority: first, reclaim structural power. Once that's done, we can debate the rest.”

1/ On peut évidemment être autiste ET facho. Autiste et misogyne (plutôt courant), autiste et transphobe, autiste et raciste, autiste et TERF,

If you thought Big Tech companies were bad, you're not going to like what comes next. Make a plan.

We already know where Amazon, Meta, and of course Twitter stand. What do you think Google would give for a DOJ settlement in the Search and Ads cases? Pretty much anything. Apple no different.
