Time to move on to better things. I promise it's me. I'm doing my best at life, but I'm still a little spotty in my focus and presence. However, I hope to be more present here than on the hell site. Here, have this photo of King Kona as my contribution to making Blue Sky a better place.
And I can attest that a large portion were comms staff (like me and every single one of my colleagues in our now-obliterated comms office) and FOIA officers. Oh, and legal and acquisitions. So, no communications, no transparency, no legal checks, and no supplies for research.

Got terminated on Valentine's Day for being a probationary employee. Reinstated by judges only to be put immediately on indefinite administrative leave. Was just RIFed this morning.

It's Friday, which means more fed terminations. Unions are working, but this isn't an easy fight. Nothing worth it ever is. If you're a fellow fed, I know you're scared. I know you're exhausted. I wish I could protect you from what already hit me. I'm still holding the line. Please don't give up.
