It may stick in the craw to praise AB Inbev, but credit where it's due. They've kept their promise to promote draught Bass!
Number of pubs stocking draught Bass passes 1,000 as AB Inbev's sales drive takes hold. So distribution has nearly trebled from a couple of years ago. Latest directory of stockists: nationalbassdirectory.wordpress.com/wp-content/u...

Re: Trump suing the BBC for "reputational damage"(!) He still claims he won the 2020 election, just expereinced a terrible set of election results & backs down when counter-sued & has to face discovery. Terrible edit though, apologise just for that.

Just because it's a grey Monday, I'm sharing some hilarious posts I missed first time around:
This guy stared at me the entire way from DC to LA and I was convinced he was going to follow me and kill me before I realized his sunglasses were just on the back of his head.

The "fireworks" that have been going off for the last hour aren't even fireworks. It's like thunderous artillery with huge white flashes. No longer Diwali or Guy Fawkes. Can we, humans, pets & wildlife, please be protected from such noise pollution by government, national or local?

#EnfieldOakLatest Following the casual felling by contractors for #MitchellsandButlers owned Toby Carvery following false claims the tree was dead, the tortured stump is resprouting. Toby Carvery is under pressure to install a £10k sprinkler system to keep the shoots alive. M&B decline to comment!
A 500 year old oak tree, on the ancient tree inventory, has been felled for "health & safety" reasons by a Toby Carvery in an Enfield park. Pub chain owners Mitchells & Butler say they "did the decent thing". Enfield Council describe the felling as criminal damage. "The tree belonged to Enfield".

As firework season continues I'm being soothed by Pet Sounds & this rich & velvety chocolate Stout from lovely Hebden Bridge. Bursting with coffee & chocolate flavours with a long smooth finish. Cheers! #BskyBeer

Quitting GOP veteran: "Since Donald Trump descended that golden escalator in 2015, the Rep. party has devolved into a cult of personality that mirrors the worst authoritarian regimes... It's waged a war on our institutions, the separation of powers, the rule of law, the very nature of truth itself."
