Progress! Racing the weather this week, but all framed up, doors in. New light comes tomorrow. Just have to get some plywood and staple in the mesh!

If you’re a big fan of our resident blind cat Serafina, this IS the kitten for you. Maelle is basically Serafina’s mini me, and would very much like to demand preferential treatment in a home of her own.

Life has been a lot lately. Grimm has been having some health challenges, and Chris has been on the road non stop for work. We are hoping to post a bunch over the holiday break.
Also, we are always looking for local help/volunteers here in the Fairfield, CA area at the home location.

It has been a challenging year for sure here. But we are super thankful for the cats and for all of our friends, followers, fosters, and adopters that help make a difference. We could not do this without y’all.

This was a great find. We are trying to refurbish the house and get rid of the gross af carpet it came with. We are trying to raise $500 to turn our back porch into a 200sqft catio for the cats while we work on the house. Can you help?
I found a guy in Cotati that had an insane deal on aviary wire, so we picked up the few rolls we need to build the catio for an absolutely fantastic price!! We just need to raise about $500 for the rest of the supplies and we’ll be able to build a large catio for the kitties.

This is an emergency situation and the cats need to be placed ASAP. @rocketcatrescue.bsky.social is willing to take some of the special needs cats but we need fosters for either them or some of the existing cats in our program.

There is another rescue local to us that is shutting down and we could really use some fosters- looking for people within reasonable driving distance of Suisun City, CA (must be willing to travel to Vacaville for vet appointments) all supplies will be be covered.

Meet the newest catsronauts for this year!
We pulled these two kittens with eyelid agenesis to socialize with our little blind single kitten, Maelle, when their quarantine is up.
All three will be moving to foster after we get through initial assessment of their eye conditions and treat them. They’ll be up for adoption when ready!
