One of the reasons that IRBs are so frustrating is that invent their own terminology for forms etc (ones that feel so counter-intuitive that it's mindboggling) and then treat it as if it is universally understood.

It is truly astounding that the moderate from Buffalo can make this endorsement but the self-identified progressive from Brooklyn seems unwilling or unable to do so.
Did the Governor of Utah just say that he prayed the last few days the killer would be "from another country or from another state because that would make it easier?" Uh...easier to do what.
