Folky, lefty, beardy - all the clichés.
I think "am already turning into" is more relevant here...

Sometimes if you want something to exist you have to make it yourself, so that's what I've done. For the Love of Print I'm bringing 25 Printmakers of Kent together for a Print Fair! Sat 1 Nov at Assembly Rooms Faversham. 2 min walk from station, 1 hr train from London, 30 min from Margate etc. Come!

I don't think I've ever read a book before that's so powerfully moving about grief and loss, but also so powerfully beautiful about love. Thank you @stonelands.bsky.social for writing this.

Just watched the local council meeting and I'm now more convinced than ever that anyone who wants a position of power shouldn't be allowed within a million miles of it.

Privatisation broke our water system.

@labourslewis.bsky.social has a people-first, evidence-based alternative, and I’m backing it.

My fifth solo album, Needless Alley, is out on September 29th. You can pre-order it on CD, digital download, or blue translucent vinyl from the link below. Here's the gorgeous canal boat art by Alex Merry.

Just sickeningly inhumane. People are forced to take dangerous small boat journeys to flee danger because for the vast majority there is no other way to claim asylum in the UK. The ONLY way to prevent horrific channel deaths is to open safe routes and Yvette Cooper knows this

What a wonderfully humane and compassionate book by @horatioclare.bsky.social - the small boats stories that politicians and the media so rarely allow us to hear.

But Bob Vylan eh, they're the bad guys...
