I've started to wear the white poppy permanently in my hat. War remains the most persistent threat to humanity. The white poppy reminds me that civilians and conscripted soldiers are being killed every day. Currently it is in Gaza/Lebanon and Ukraine/Russia. Peace with justice is the only way.
There are many people saying that Soldier F was innocent. It is difficult to square that alleged innocence with the evidence he gave the Saville Inquiry.

Press Release: 14 Oct 2025
We changed history.
Reflecting on yesterday’s judgement in the case against Soldier F, the former British soldier charged with multiple murder and attempted murder, Bloody Sunday Trust Chairperson Tony Doherty said:

There are more questions which now need addressing. What action will be taken against those who committed perjury during the Saville inquiry? What action will be taken against the MoD who destroyed tge weapons used by tge murderers even after they were told not too by Saville

The acquittal of soldier F came about according to Justice Lynch because F would not give evidence & refused to answer police questions. Also the statements of other soldiers who had been with soldier f had committed perjury and altered their statements under pressure of the MP.

The Bloody Sunday massacre was the biggest mass murder of British citizens since Peterloo, Manchester in 1819. Let that sink in. Not only was no one convicted of the murders but the colonel in charge of the Paras was given an honour.

There are questions as to the role of Military police. Their investigation of Bloody Sunday in the immediate aftermath of the mass murders was conducted in such away as to obfuscate the truth of what happened & to prevent their statements from being used in criminal proceedings
October 23, 2025 at 5:35 PM
There are many important questions arising from the prosecution of Soldier F. Why did it take 53 years for any prosecution at all to be mounted. Why was there no police investigation into the Bloody Sunday murders until after 2011, 39 years after the murders took place?

Machedo is not a democrat. She supported the attempted coup against Hugo Chavez. She supports Israel’s genocide. She wants the USA to invade her country. She supports Trump. Enough said.

Andrew will still be referred to as a 'Prince', and his billionaire family will still cost the taxpayer £500 million every year.

What kind of system would allow someone so demonstrably inappropriate to have such wealth and power?

It's time to abolish the monarchy.

Happening now: Hundreds of rabbis and Jewish community members gather in Brooklyn for a mass public memorial service on Yom Kippur, demanding a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and for the U.S. to stop arming Israel.

I totally agree. Wrong. Utterly wrong
This is absolutely horrific. To attack a synagogue and kill people, and that too on Yom Kippur. Vile and inexcusable.

There is a myth deeply embedded within the British psyche: that British people are not racist. But the truth is the opposite. Many people in Britain are racist, closet racists perhaps, and that is why they support a racist party like Reform.

Digital ID cards? Not in the Labour manifesto. No consultation with the NI Assembly, the Scottish Parliament, the Welsh Assembly. No Green or White paper for discussion and consultation. No debate in Parliament. Just another example of degrading the UK to try and head off Reform. What a country!
