Is it just a random chance #coincidence that our Sun & Moon have the same apparent size, or that when our Moon totally eclipses our Sun as a result of this alleged "coincidence" the #TotalSolarEclipse looks like the pupil & iris of an "eye of God"?

They were known as Comanche, and they became the dominant Native nation of the American West. Yet they had been ignored by archaeologists—until the discovery of unique rock art in New Mexico. This is the story.

Who doesn't remember when the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 had David Lloyd George and Woodrow Wilson announce they weren't personally profiting from ending WW1?

And that one-liner from Stalin at Yalta about communists don't believe in profit and capitalists already have enough money? Priceless!

I remember hearing how Brando thought it lent more credence to his characters if they were always searching for the words to say as he was reciting their lines, so having cue cards nearby with hints was one of his demands. I think he just didn't want to have to memorize his lines.
Here's a photo of the late Robert Duvall wearing cue cards on his body so that co-star Marlon Brando could see his lines during the filming of The Godfather.

An interesting thing in here: Rev. Woolf says a DHS agent told him "Jesus said to follow the law."

That's a theology that has come up a lot in conservative circles over the last year, but I hadn't heard accounts of it being repeated by rank-and-file agents.
Check out this new short doc about my arrest and the moral emergency we find ourselves in in this country.“There’s absolutely no one coming to save us. There’s no one coming to save these people. There’s no one going to stand up for them except for the people who are here right now, who care.”

To recap in light of breaking news out of the UK:

The French found a way to prosecute former presidents.

The South Koreans did the same.

Our British cousins now literally are prosecuting members of the Royal Family.

But U.S. presidents remain above the law.
