Can anyone help identify these crustaceans found in a tide pool in Corwall. About 5-25mm long. Those dark areas at the edge of the pool are just writhing masses of them. Possibly Baltic Isopods from the pictures I can find online - but not sure if there is a better match.

First 2 episodes of Alien: Earth are wildly good. Core decisions - to heavily lean into the original Alien film aesthetic and world building whilst going completely left field on many plot elements - pay off very well. If it can maintain this standard it should get a few seasons.

The Trump figures on tariffs imposed on the US are garbage. There is no way 50+ countries impose exactly 10% tariffs on the US while zero impose 9%. Fails basic data distribution sense checks. Curious to see what the underlying methodology is.

Looks like there is no upside to the UK doing a trade deal with the US now. We're already on the lowest possible tariff.
