After giving this a bit of thought, if a soldier occupies a city against the citizens will and gets shot, doesn't the shooter get protection based upon the 2nd ammendment?

Years ago my old roommate and I had a Thanksgiving tradition. KZOK used to drop the needle on "alices restaurant" at noon sharp, and we'd listen to it while smoking a bowl or 3, then head off to our respective families for the day
