As this miserable year ends, I just want to reiterate that I’m so, so proud of anyone doing the work. It’s hard! But we’re stronger than we think.

I couldn't make it through this without crying. I know there are some who will never weep for a Kennedy, but strip that away and you have a young mom with a newborn who had to know she would never see her children grow up, and her mother, who has lost her father, brother, and now a child.
Tatiana Schlossberg has passed away at 35. Please read this beautiful essay she published last month. It's one of the best things I've read in a long time.
