In normal times, DOJ wins most of its cases because it has the resources to ensure that presidential actions are lawful. But under Trump, the Department is run by a sycophantic election denying enabler. The result is DOJ's credibility with judges is in tatters and it is losing case after case.

My loyal companion Bode died last night of canine lymphoma. Since 2016, he was by my side at work and at play. He was always happy and no matter how bad other things were, he always made me smile. Quite simply, he was the best dog ever. I already miss him terribly.

While SCOTUS may have granted him immunity, that doesn't mean the actions he orders—or those who carry them out—are also protected. He may avoid personal consequences, but that doesn’t make the orders legal. Immunity isn't legality.
