Listening to the highly ignorant Nick Ferrari moan about why Teachers need to plan lessons when Teachers need to cater for different groups of students, e.g.SEND, EFL etc.
Horrendous ignorance from Nick.
Maybe he should shadow a Teacher and see how much works goes into teaching.
