This is Liam Ramos. Liam is five years old. Liam was walking home from preschool with his father when they were detained by ICE. ICE then tried to use Liam as bait to get other grownups to come outside. Liam is now at a detention facility in Texas. I guess Liam is "The worst of the worst."
