We NEED guardrails on capitalism. Without some limitations on how much is "enough", society gradually becomes ruled by the wealthy. & For the wealthy, enough is NEVER enough. If you are making $1 billion a year... you should be taxed at a rate of 85%. No loopholes, no secret deals. Enough is enough!
