NOPE!! Absolutely not!

Everyone says they have a spine.

Carefully monitor their donors!! Carefully monitor the nature of their fundraisers.

If they spend all their time with max out donors as candidates, trust & believe they will do so as elected officials.

Having a spine is refusing to even
Pay attention to what Democratic candidates are saying right now. Find and support the fighters. Having a spine must be a litmus test issue in 2026 and beyond.

Folks: The pardons are almost certainly focused on GA (they include a number of people implicated ONLY in GA), where the state will soon decide whether to appoint someone to take over the case.

They should be meaningless, but Cleta Mitchell (a key ringleader in GA and still) wanted them anyway.

Back pay was legally OBLIGATED!!

They did not “get” back pay. The promise now to offer back pay was a negotiating tacit that obviously swayed our weak as soup water Senators.

None of the Dem Senators (or Democratic-caucusing) who voted yes on the CR are worried about reelection:

• Dick Durbin – IL – Retiring 2026

• Catherine Cortez Masto – NV – Up 2028

• Jacky Rosen – NV – Up 2030

• John Fetterman – PA – Up 2028

• Maggie Hassan – NH – Up 2028

This deal to reopen the government is fucking disgraceful.

Tens of millions will lose their healthcare. Trump will be emboldened.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Democratic Party leadership and why we need more people in Congress who will actually hold the line.

Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.

No matter how they voted last night, every one of them has a say in maintaining Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin as their caucus leaders. Every one of them is accountable here.

To be clear: the deal they voted on to move forward last night still needs to be formally voted on in the Senate and House. If the eight are your senators, they should be hearing from you this morning!
