If POTUS can (re)direct funding to the military during a federal shutdown, what is to stop this POTUS from (re)directing payroll to only certain military service members (like those who agree to Sec Def’s revised code of ethics and the Chief of Command’s view of insurrection)?

And while God’s will is understood in life, it is also fundamentally rooted in justice. Surviving an assassination attempt may be what the divine wills; horrific and cruel policies are certainly not.
