I love that the PIP (Personal Independence Payment) shit in England is also likely to stretch to ADP (Adult Disability Payment) in Scotland.

I might only get £28.50 a week, but as a disabled, full-time stay-at-home parent, and the ADP is genuinely my only income, it's definitely a kick in the dick.

A wee baby loop, and my knee didn't explode!!

The first MTB I've done since before I dislocated my knee 11 months ago.
It feels like I'm starting from scratch again. My fitness is abysmal. But, I've set a baseline, things can only really improve from here!

Before I had all the downtime during my knee rebuild recovery and suffering a series of strokes, I was functionally very strong. I spent my free time doing parkour, skateboarding and beyond.

Soon they will cut the electricity if we don’t pay it so we will end in the street because I work from home so I need electricity if I don’t have electricity I will lose my job unfortunately my salary is not enough at all I can barely afford to pay my rent I can’t afford food , hygiene , bills , medicine . Our hot water cylinder was a corroded old mess, being 23 years old when we moved into this house and we ultimately had to replace is back in April.
