I suppose the real question is, when the inevitable legal challenges start rolling in and someone obtains an injunction, will this administration honor it. I’m far from certain what the answer to that is. And I fear it will hinge on whether Trump expects SCOTUS to side with him or not.

BlueSky is an opportunity to start over in the world of short form communication. But apathy towards these kinds of threats will turn it into the next X. Stay vigilant and think before you reply. And even if the response is genuine. Consider if anything is gained by responding to trolls.
Bluesky has been flooded with automated reply bots - they'll offer a sort of confrontational opinion as a reply. They're pretty convincing and we all need to train ourselves to not reflexively reply to all responses until we check

Do game developers have any obligations when their story lines can profoundly impact one’s world view? I’m thinking about games like NieR: Automata, where an unfinished play thru might leave people in a highly nihilistic state. All media has this potential but games have elements that amplify this.

AKA natural disasters. Consider how different the impact of these events would be if our society wasn’t set up to exploit others. Ex. Nobody need live in major flood zones because affordable housing would be available in safer areas.

I think its a truism at this point to say capitalists have too much power in the US right now.
The answer to that, IMHO, is cooperation. Specifically, cooperation between people with skills to create employee centric economic entities to offer alternatives to profit centric corporations.
