This morning I laughed and immediately burst into tears. It sounded like my aunt Susie's laugh, as it has for years. I'd almost forgotten my dream and it brought me right back; Susie was visiting from FL. She laughed as she greeted our kitties. I heard it clear as a bell, it was a nice dream. ♥️♥️♥️

THIS MORNING AS I WAS PUTTING ON MY SNEAKERS THERE WAS A DRIED LEAF CAUGHT IN THE LACES SO I PULLED IT OUT BUT IT WAS A CENTIPEDE AND IT CRAWLED OUT AND IT WAS ANGRY THAT I PULLED OFF SOME OF ITS LEGS AND NOW LIFE MAY NEVER BE GOOD AGAIN. I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US. Totally embarrassing.

The last flight I took, my seatmate was a very drunk 21 year old. The flight attendant asked her to buckle her seatbelt 3 times and she just flipped it over to make it look buckled. I'm not tryna ruin someone's day so I didn't say anything to the attendant, but I still wonder if I should have.
After that plane literally flipped upside down after smashing into the runway and 100% of people survived, I hope every person who ever said “what’s even the point of seatbelts on a plane” feels like a real doof.
