NIH has rescinded its scientific integrity policy. Hard to see this as anything other than clearing the way for shoddy research on things like vaccines. Regardless of the rationale, it's bad news for public health.

I tried Wegovy for 5 weeks. I was so sick this week on the larger tapered dose that it feels like poison. I have never been that sick in my entire life. I am happy that it works for some but it is not for me. Full stop!
