🚨Russian losses as of Nov 20th, Day 1366 of Russia’s War of Aggression Against the People of Ukraine.

Russia can’t even find 1000 men/day to throw into the meat grinder they’ve created. Every day the creeping failure of this war continues is just more embarrassment and shame for a dying nation.

Rubio needs to learn that forcing Russia’s ideas on others without asking others for their own is not an exchange of ideas.

This plan includes zero concessions from Russia and countless from Ukraine.

It is neither serious, realistic, nor fair

Russia will try to play European nations apart. Russia hopes one leader will talk to him from a national perspective, instead of from a common EU+Ukrainian perspective.

This is also Russia's strategy in hybrid attacks against EU countries: the hope that it provokes a one-sided overreaction.

1/ Mobilised Russian soldiers serving on temporary contracts are being threatened en masse with execution if they do not sign contracts, making them permanent soldiers and ineligible for post-war demobilisation. Russian warbloggers are forcefully condemning this practice. ⬇️

What are some of Russia's weak points?

1. Russia's size is a typical structural weakness. They have such a large territory that to defend it all, you need insane amounts of air defence.

Ukraine can hit whatever they like.

Russia increased the use of chemical weapons and increased research for new chemical weapons.

Dutch and German intelligence services have documented 9000 chemical attacks to date, while the real number is a multiple of this.

Trump made a sanctions exception for Russian nuclear projects world wide, it was already largely in place before Trump. Two questions:

1. What amount of money is involved?

2. What is the difference between the earlier (but slightly different version of 10 January 2025)?

I see this a lot on social media (not on Bluesky).

What to do with Kremlin disinformation?

Use the BIG button.

Wait minute, then flush again for the vomit.

And then: delete, block, mute, report.
Repeat as needed and enjoy your day!

For those who insist that Soviet successes in space were essentially Russian... let's remember Sergei Korolev.

He designed the GIRD-9 and 10 rockets, the R1 (that became the Scud), the R7 that put the Sputnik and Yuri Gagarin into orbit.

Iran has not come forward with any opening towards what the world needs to hear: their willingness to completely quit uranium enrichment.

Hence: nothing to negiotiate about.

Meanwhile, the US repositions its bomber fleet, undoubtedly moving in GBU-57 bombs right now.

Do cancer cells that are about to metastasise (to spread) have different properties? That's what Raphaël Rodriguez at the French Curie Insitute asked himself. And yes. They are more sensitive to iron. Feed them a particular molecule and these metastatic cells die of ferroptosis. Too much iron.
