Lib Dems want our economy to be fair, strong, and stable.

We would back small businesses, cut red tape, and sort out trade with our closest neighbours.

A free, independent BBC is vital to a free, informed democracy.

Don’t let Trump’s America become Farage’s Britain.

The BBC belongs to Britain, not Trump.

Political leaders across the spectrum must defend it.

The BBC isn't perfect. But it remains an institution defending British values against a populist, Trump-style takeover.

Party leaders must unite to defend it.

The @libdems.org.uk have long said UK-made arms should not end up in countries with poor human rights records. Ministers should work across Government to prevent arms falling into the wrong hands.

I’ve written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage urging them to condemn Donald Trump’s attack on the BBC.

The BBC belongs to Britain, not Trump. We must defend it together.

The government needs to abolish Leasehold, the sooner this is done the better

Far too many people are trapped in properties they can’t sell paying extortionate fees to freeholders

Reigate's Tory MP is not being entirely honest about the Harlequin Theatre in #Redhill claiming it’ll reopen next year when work hasn’t even started!

The Council’s website says the plan is for it to open in 2027

We all want it to reopen but let’s be realistic & honest with people

Liberal Democrat MPs just defeated Nigel Farage’s Bill in Parliament to tear up people’s rights and withdraw from the ECHR.

Farage wants to do away with the Britain Churchill built and turn it into Trump's America. We won't let him.

- Funding gap in #SocialCare & #SEND remains
- Not all debts caused by Tory mismanagement of councils has been cancelled
