I have… a lot of mixed thoughts on Black Ops 7’s non-Zombies narrative, i.e. the Co-op missions that set the stage for the PvE Extraction shooter.

I’m intentional not calling it the single player, or the campaign, even the game itself forgoes that, clearly noting it’s “Co-op Campaign”, a first?

Bad Bunny was born in Puerto Rico, which is part of the United States. Ted Cruz was born in Canada.

Bad Bunny is eligible to run for president because he’s a natural born citizen. Ted Cruz is not.

Thought that was a fun little fact.

Fantastic ending to Baroness Kidron's speech in the House of Lords yesterday, which led to the government's defeat on AI & copyright.

Speaking the UK's creators: "Their property, their labour, is worthy of your protection - because apart from anything else, it is not ours to give away."

I love the detail of the worldbuilding in Transformers. For example, while many Decepticons often literally transform into fighter jets they're still regularly beaten in battles due to the Autobots' more consistent communications, as Decepticons don't connect in aeroplane mode.

Really impressed with my first 5 hours on Assassin’s Creed Shadows
Mostly spent time with Naoe so far, she’s the first “RPG” protag for the series that actually feels like a proper assassin imo
Stealth finally feels engaging in the open environments too

Mainly though… you can build a zoo!

As the guy that made the last Balatro, I did sign with a publisher (later in development) and in my case I really don't think Balatro would have blown up the way it did without them. Tons of my fellow devs are looking for support for their dream - and I know plenty that attend these events!
Publisher bizdev people at events like GDC and Dice trying to sign "the next balatro" should realize that, statistically, the developer of "the next Balatro" you need to be talking to isn't at GDC or Dice talking to bizdev guys seeking 2m+ in funding

Post-Weisshaupt (so over the 50% mark afaik) now in my Veilguard playthrough. Not without its problems, my 40+hrs in Northern Thedas have been a delight.
Some narrative threads might be a tad blunt in their execution but that’s nothing new for Dragon Age

Returning characters are sadly the weak link

We had a lot of fun with #CaptainAmerica #BraveNewWorld... but wow poor Mackie keeps ending up in projects let down by evidently cut plot threads.

Mackie's Cap, Ramirez' Falcon, and Lumbly's Isaiah make a great trio in the opening act while Ford steps admirably into the late William Hurt's role.
