Taking the positives for #safc today - half a team out and still got a point away to an in form opponent. Alese looks like he's never been out. Aleksic gets involved; sharpness will come, hasn't even been playing for the 21s. Mayenda was positive and gives another option. Big game on tuesday though

This has to be lies! Surely he can't be a day over 25, I'm not convinced I can ever accept him being in his 30s! What a servant hes been, vastly improved and now a genuinely good championship CB and a cracking lad. Hope he gets the end to his time here that he deserves and plays PL football with us.
Luke O’Nien turns 30 today.
I genuinely can’t think of a more improved player at Sunderland during my lifetime.

This has to be lies! Surely he can't be a day over 25, I'm not convinced I can ever accept him being in his 30s! Really interesting piece. I'm glad they favour attacking down the right, given Cirkin is pretty solid whereas we're going to have to change our right back. Hopefully if we have Mepham & Ballard (maybe in a 3 man central defence) we'll cope with crosses too. O'Nien has a good leap on him as well tbf
